How Sentra handles your information

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the Sentra mobile app, used by FunnelEvo sales staff to manage clients and events, and by clients to register for events and continue payments via a QR code shared by their sales representative.

2. Information we collect

What we collect depends on how you use the app — as a staff member signed in to manage clients, or as a client scanning a QR code to register or pay.

• Account — Name, email, and password (encrypted) for staff who log in to the app.
• Client data — Names, contact details, IC numbers, package and event registrations, and payment status.
• Payment proof — Photos of receipts or transfer confirmations you upload when submitting an offline payment.
• Camera — Used only when you tap "scan QR" or "take photo".
• Device data — A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for booking/payment alerts.
• Usage data — Basic app activity to diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

3. How we use it

We use this information to run event registration and payment, let staff manage clients and commissions, send push notifications, verify offline payments, and keep the app secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Payment gateways — Billplz and Stripe process online payments; they never receive your full card details, which they collect directly.
• Firebase — Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications.
• Your sales rep — Registration and payment status is visible to the FunnelEvo staff handling your account.

We don't share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

5. Storage & security

Your data is stored on secured servers operated by FunnelEvo. Passwords are encrypted, and access to client records is restricted to authenticated staff accounts.

6. Retention

We keep registration and payment records for as long as your account or event history is active, and for a reasonable period after in line with our accounting and legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us below, or via our account deletion request page.

8. Children's privacy

Sentra is intended for adult clients and staff. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
